Dear Merchant
As part of our ongoing commitment to merchant protection, we recently implemented a number of enhanced security measures on our platform. These security measures appear to be too effective and may have unintentionally blocked some legitimate transactions.
We are writing to inform you that some of your clients may be experiencing a higher number of transaction declines when attempt to make payments using our WiPay Plugins or Platform. Please be assured that we are aware of the issue and are fully committed to resolving this by Friday, May 19th.
In the interim, if you customers do experience any issues with regards to 3DS Payments, we do recommend they contact the card issuing bank before reattempting the transaction.
