caridotcom.biz provides both products and services, and warrant that a client can change their mind on any product or service they were once interested in. As such, we do implement a two-business day grace period before assuming any paid work, to afford you that full refund window (less any processing fees). Any refund can take up to 5 business days to process.
Deliveries are prepared on Saturdays, for Sunday pickup by the courier. If your refund request happens before a ‘processing’ status is issued, indicating a delivery notification, your refund is processed, less any processing fees.
Credit Card / Debit Card fees
Any refunds for payments made using card will be re-issued to your card directly (less any fees incurred via payment gateway), and or through Bank Transfer to an account you provide (less processing fees).
Products
Refunds are not provided for delivery charges (return or covered originally). As such a drop off and pick up delivery fee will be deducted from the full amount.
Refunds are processed only in the instances where the returned product is undamaged. Where the product is damaged and has been returned, a refund will not be issued and the product re-delivered to you.
Third Party Services
Domain Registration:
- Refunds are applicable up to $100.00 TTD for yearly registration, where the domain has not yet been registered.
Website Hosting
Refunds are not possible for the following:
- for the current quarter (at any time during the year).
- within the last business week of the current quarter for the next quarter
Refund requests should be made at least:
- 10 business days before the end of the current quarter and or
- 10 business days before the start of the new quarter
Example where Hosting has been paid up for the year (4 quarters)
- From March 3rd – 23rd, a refund is possible for Quarter 2, 3 and 4.
- From March 24th – April 21st, a refund is possible for Quarter 3 and 4 only
All refund requests should be made before the LAST business week of any quarter.
Plugins: plugins purchased may be non-refundable by its sellers. Where this is the case, no refunds will be provided. Where sellers may opt to provide a refund, this is less CDC Web Design administrative fees, credit card processing fees and any other which may be applicable.
Internal Services (not third party).
- cariCare subscribers may cancel their maintenance service at anytime by accessing their subscription under My Account. After cancellation, cariCare subscribers will receive a prorated refund for advanced months paid for website maintenance services not yet performed (less applicable fees). Refunds are not applicable for cancellations within the current month.
- Service Requests Scopes are drafted immediately, and as a result there are no refunds for service already rendered or third party applications already purchased within a service request (case by case basis).
For the above reasons, scopes, assessments etc are not provided before payment. All other pre-sales details you need to know are provided, for your careful review.
