• A service request is what we perform, when you’ve purchased a new feature or service to be applied to your website.
• Each service to be applied may have costs to be paid to an independent developer 
• In every instance, we also charge for the service time to integrate new features / upgrades on your website.
• A Service Request shares all the activities to be completed and a near-estimate timeframe to complete. This is called “the scope“.
