What this AddOn does!

  • Offer additional options on your product pages (warranty, special add on services, customizations, etc.) to increase the order value or ask for additional details for the product specific item
  • Allow customers to upload photos, images, or files to request a customized product (Premium Option)
  • Set dependency rules to show different options according to the customer’s selection (Premium Option)

Purchasing the AddOn does NOT include creating Product Menu Forms. Select the type of Product Menu Forms you wish to have created (based on the number of fields your Product Menu needs).

Product Menu Forms are created per product type and per category. Multiple categories or products require multiple forms. 

Required

  • You must provide the fields, options and cost of each field which needs to be built for a product or a product category in your Product Menu Option Form Design.
  • Follow the Product Menu Options – Form Creation Guide
  • Or, request form design assistance (1 session, up to 1 hour).  You must have a general sketch (with prices and rules) prepared for assistance.

Important:

  • Review how this AddOn can work for your business / products / offerings > Add extra options to your products with prices!
  • Only one Product Menu Option AddOn can be added to your website at a time
  • You can purchase as many Product Menu Forms as you need to be created
  • Please review Revisions rules below; Revisions are billed hourly for any part of the hour.

Any feature or service we perform on your website is called a Service Request. A Service Request includes specific activities or requests, any pre-requisites you need to provide as well as an estimated completion time. This is called “the scope“.  Any requests / features / changes / build items outside of a Scope is a new Service Request (or Phase 2) which is charged based on its per service charge, and or can fall under "Additional Time".

 cariCare subscribers can use FREE Quick Call up to the hour allotment, and are billed for excess time (on a per hour basis).

Hand-Over clients can schedule a paid Support Consultation from 15 to 45 mins.

Timeframe is the estimated # of days to complete your service. It includes Scope Planning, provision of pre-requisites, work time, post implementation review and testing.  In some instances you can purchase Additional Time, or Revisions.

Scopes are drafted immediately, and as a result there are no refunds for service already rendered or third party applications already purchased (where applicable).

Up to three (3) revisions allowed.  Additional revisions are billed per hourly billing rate for cariCare Subscribers and Hand-Over clients.

Forms and Product Options will not be created on your LIVE site.  Testing can go on up to 3 weeks.

Do I need to provide my form information?

When submitting your form / product AddOn options for build, indicate if any of the following applies and how:

  • Create dependencies rules (conditional logic) to show or hide the options based on the user’s selection
  • Choose whether the user can only pick one of the options available or select multiple ones
  • Set the options as mandatory and define the minimum and maximum number of options that the user can select and add to the cart

Important:

NB: Revisions for your form are not unlimited.  To avoid the need for revisions, ensure all details required for your form is stipulated in advance. Should you go past your default number of revisions, you may be billed thereafter, or it may go into your Support Time, and thereafter, you will be billed.
