How to sign into my WooCommerce App

There are two ways to log into your WooCommerce app, after it has been integrated onto your website.

Method 1: Signing in with your Store Address! #

  • Enter your domain name without anything added. This is the domain name which you purchased. For example the domain name for CDC Web Design is simple caridotcom.biz – nothing else.
  • Enter the email address used to integrate your connection (this is usually the email address listed on your Build Sheet, or communicated with you for website approvals).
  • Enter the password (for the business email address) you provided for Google integrations. If you’ve forgotten, check your Build Sheet document once more.
  • If you don’t recall what this is, then click “get a login link by email” and it will send an email to the email address which connects your website to WooCommerce.
  • Follow the instructions which appear on the screen after clicking “get a login link by email”
  • Your website is now connected !

Method 2: Signing in with WordPress.com #

  • Enter the email address used to integrate your connection (this is visible in your Build Sheet and or is the business email address your specified & provided on request)

NB: If your business Google account is the same as the email address you provided for integration, you can select “continue with Google“.

  • Enter the password (for the business email address) you provided for Google integrations. If you’ve forgotten, check your Build Sheet document once more.
  • If you don’t recall what this is, then click “get a login link by email” and it will send an email to the email address which connects your website to WooCommerce.
  • Follow the instructions which appear on the screen after clicking “get a login link by email”
  • Your website is now connected!

Pick a store to connect #

If you have multiple websites, then you will see the list of these websites to connect to.

  • Tap on the store you’d like to connect to (ideally, the store just now linked)
  • Tap “Continue” to connect to the store.
  • At any time you can tap on the “settings” icon to switch between Stores!

We recommend mastering Adding a Product or an Order on your desktop or laptop before using the WooCommerce App to create either a product or an order.

NB:

  • Sometimes products / orders initiated with the WooCommerce app may not sync with your website. Please be mindful of this when using your WooCommerce App.
  • CDC Web Design will not troubleshoot “missing orders” or “missing products” associated with your WooCommerce App at any time, nor under any plans.
  • Your website, and the integration plugin must remain updated and compatible to prevent any ‘disconnections’ to the WooCommerce app.
  • Under a cariCare plan your website software are managed monthly. Should a disconnect occur, we will reconnect without cost under a cariCare plan.
  • Hand-Over clients (clients without a cariCare plan) can request reconnection at Service Integration costs using a Support Consult.
